Mission

Our mission is to empower, inspire, support, and advocate for the Black Youth of Nevada.

Many of the  youth are confused, afraid, and unsure about their future. It is up to us to provide support, an alternative, and pathways to success. We all must do our part in order to create change.

Mentoring is and always will be at our mission.  We will respond to the needs of our community with scholarships, ceremonial achievement galas, structured programs and through strategic collaborations.

With the support of our membership, sponsors and the community, we expect to continue our programs and the Cotillion annually.

  • Advocate for our youth to overcome disparities in education, discrimination, injustice, and inclusion;

  • Increase the level of sponsorship into the organization;

  • Collaborate with organizations with like goals to have a more cohesive impact;

  • Become recognized as an influential and impactful organization in our community; and

  • Provide educational resources, and speakers for educational programs
