FOR STUDENTS WITH AGES  8 - 18.

  • Provides instruction for social skills that prepare students for success throughout life.

  • Teaches basic ballroom dance and dance courtesy.

  • Provides hands on opportunities to practice new social and dance skills.

  • Develops confidence and self-esteem.

The Student Cotillion presents a comprehensive training program of etiquette and manners for both everyday and more formal occasions. Each class divides instruction between etiquette and ballroom dance.

Our program helps parents reinforce their child’s self-confidence while it helps students develop character and set appropriate boundaries. Many of the skills learned in junior cotillion will be used throughout their life.

The complete program offers 3 - 4 months of curriculum each year. Many students begin in 5th grade and progress through the program.  However, previous attendance is not mandatory; students are welcome to join at either the 3rd-12th grade levels.

Classes are broken into three categories depending on age and grade levels. This helps our staff prioritize students better and also helps parents with busy schedules to have better time schedules.

This program will provide young girls and boys with the opportunity to participate in a 3-5 month etiquette and mannerism workshop to improve all aspects of their character and confidence. The workshop location and times will always be on a weekend from the hours of  11am-4pm at different library locations and or recreational centers in Clark County.
